ENJOY a great view of Kepui Beach & the surf crashing on Kaiaka Rock from the screened lanai of this 2 bedroom, 2 bath, townhouse style condominium at Paniolo Hale.
THE UNIT is comfortably furnished in an
antique and wicker motif. There is a King Bedroom suite with bath downstairs,
and a two queen bedroom suite with a large shower upstairs. There is also a
small room with a single bed. You can see the ocean and hear the surf from every
room except the bathrooms. Chaise lounges & the big round dining table make
the large screened lanai a great place to relax. The evening sunsets are truly
outstanding. Beamed ceilings & lots of opening windows provide an open
feeling with plenty of cross ventilation. It's like you never left your home.
The newly decorated kitchen is fully equipped and a cooks delight. There is also
a new washer and dryer, TV & VCR (with movies). A new upstairs porch off the master bedroom provides views of Oahu and fantastic star gazing.
PANIOLO HALE is Moloka`i's premier condominium resort. It is nestled in a lush tropical setting, and evokes the serene tranquility of bygone years. Unspoiled, Unhurried, Untouched by time. It is a place where the Sun spends the winter.
WALK. . . to Paddle Tennis, the Swimming pool, or the Barbecue, the beach, or
the Hotel shops. RELAX on the lanai and listen to the birds sing, and the sounds
of the surf. 
IF YOU LOVE THE OCEAN and sparking beaches this is a great location. You can walk to "Maki Horse" or "Kepui" right in front, or, you can explore the length of "Papohaku Beach", the longest white sand beach in Hawaii. Another day you can hike to "Ilio Point and explore the rugged shoreline, checking out "Kawakiu" on the way. There is also a new road to "Hale O Lono Harbor" that is open to the public, and great for a picnic lunch.

Rates are as follows:
One week (7nights)....$250.00 per night. Anything over one week $225.00 per night.
There is a one time cleaning fee of $150.00.
We require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. (First come, first serve.)
Your balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Deposit fee is non-refundable if you cancel within
30 days prior to arrival date. If
you cancel before the 30 day arrival date you will be refunded 75% of the deposit.
The State of Hawaii collects a state and hotel tax of 11.42%.
All Molokai island phone calls are free, however, you will need a credit card or phone card for
off island calls.
You may rent cars from three different car rental agencies. We will be happy to furnish you with this information (Dollar, Budget and Island Kine) The rates are always changing so check them out. It's a good idea to book them 30 days before your arrival. (Spring Break, Christmas and your state of mind.)
